Short sighted folks believe that fighting the press serves no national purpose. The press have been activists since Reagan with no pushback. There are millions of Americans that are not aware of the activism and believe what they are told. The activism masquerading as truth cripples America. To add to the problem, the activism has been prominent in the educational system and Hollywood since Reagan as well. Movies depicting drug use, sex, narcissism and the educational system re-writing history and criticizing conservative ideas. The election exposed that most folks refuse to hear opposing ideas. So yes, this fight is critical to the future of this country. The media, schools, and Hollywood all want to control the narrative and will continue to do so.
