I sometimes think that whites just simply put more energy into taking standardized tests and the blacks have got a more passive attitude of keeping calm and not stressing out about trying very hard. Thus the whites get better test scores. With regards to the orientals: maybe they do study lots more for achievement. Take a look at micro-chips and the oriental names of the people in charge. The work ethic is strong there.

That might have merit except that the results of testing are uniform anywhere in the world where they are conducted and that different cultures , whether one group is the minority or majority in a particular location and any other variable that can be dreamed up is already baked into the mix.
