There were three bidders for the state-owned property: a local, an individual who is the principal in Hira, and Hira. According to the paper, Hira is attempting to get federal grants for the purchase of high tech computer equipment for education. Sounds like an ISIS/Al Q attempt to set up a cyber base in the USA. DHS should already be all over this like flies on shite and if not the public should be asking why.
