Many years ago I enjoyed it when Abe Lincoln spoke some timeless words. Years passed, I don’t remember who spoke, but it was just some PC blather of no consequence.
With 0bama in it, I never visited.
Last time I was there Epcot Center didn’t exist yet.

I think these “STARS” better get there act together or Disney World will suffer the same fate as ESPN....same with the movies...people will wait til there 2 bucks at Red Box or free a year later...

I remember it seeming startlingly realistic. The Italian exchange student I took to the Fair that day thought so also.
Amazing, that weekend was more than 50 years ago and I can remember just about everywhere we went and what we did. But I can’t remember what I had for breakfast yesterday. LOL

Yes, the talking Lincoln figure debuted at the 1964 Worlds Fair. The Hall of Presidents was originally planned for Liberty Street in Disneyland. Neither the attraction nor that area were ever built in the original park, instead Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln was built in Anaheim.
How about William Howard Taft and Howard the Duck?
The story was that Disney was over halfway finished with their Madame Hillary robot before Trump ruined everything for them.
Knowing ABC/Disney, I wouldn’t trust them not to cut up the recording.
I watched the Fair being built from my seventh-floor bedroom window just across the East River in the projects in the Bronx. Watched them build Shea Stadium and the Throggs Neck Bridge as well.
I did enjoy the Carousel of Progress exhibit too.
