Why do people think weed or beer are necessary to “relax”.

I suggest very hard work. An exhausted, tired sleep after productive work is most satisfying.

Why, that’s just crazy talk. Yeah, those are the best days. Your head hits the bed and you’re out like a light.

After they gutted the middle class, I don’t get those days much anymore.

Man does not live by work alone and all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. What satisfies you isn't always what satisfies someone else.

I generally have more trouble with insomnia after vigorous activity than without. Don’t drink or use marijuana, but what works for one may not work for another.
