I suggest very hard work. An exhausted, tired sleep after productive work is most satisfying.

Why, that’s just crazy talk. Yeah, those are the best days. Your head hits the bed and you’re out like a light.
After they gutted the middle class, I don’t get those days much anymore.

I generally have more trouble with insomnia after vigorous activity than without. Don’t drink or use marijuana, but what works for one may not work for another.
