You're right, of course. I don't have the foggiest idea about that.
I do, however, know history, especially recent history. That's what is guiding my thinking here.
That said, I'm quite willing to acknowledge that President Trump is not an ordinary man, and not an ordinary President. Time after time he has demonstrated that he knows how to handle opponents in the media and — more recently — in Congress (where's Chuck Schumer these days?).
He certainly knows how to play the angles, and he knows how to hire people who can help him do it.
So anyway, I hope you're right. I'm certainly no where's near tarred of winning yet.
