One of President Trump's lawyers didn't rule out that Mr. Trump could fire Robert Mueller, the special counsel appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to oversee the FBI's investigation into Russian election meddling and any ties between Russia and the Trump campaign.
"Look, the president of the United States, as we all know, is a unitary executive," Jay Sekulow, a member of Mr. Trump's legal team, said Sunday on ABC's "This Week." "But the president is going to seek the advice of his counsel and inside the government as well as outside. And I'm not going to speculate on what he will or will not do."
"But right now the role of the president is to govern the United States of America," Sekulow continued. "He's going to do that. He's going to leave anything else to the lawyers. But I can't imagine that that issue is going to arise. But that again is an issue that the president with his advisers would discuss if there was a basis."
Considering the firestorm ignited by the firing of former FBI Director James Comey, who testified Thursday on Capitol Hill, firing Mueller could be a political nightmare for the president.....

If he doesn’t shut down the Special Counsel he can at least replace Mueller with someone more neutral.
Comey just proved there is no basis for the Special Counsel. Big waste of time and taxpayer dollars if not shut down.
It is also rife with conflict of interest given the close relationship between Mueller and Comey.
It would be worth it just to watch the beltway cronies’ heads explode.
All PresidentTrump needs to say is “Comey is a dirty, deep state SOB and so is is good buddy Mueller. Comey leaked everything but the fact that Inwas innocent to get Mueller appointed as a special consul and I am done with Comey and his deep state gamesmanship. I am firing Mueller and the drip Rosenstein who appointed him. Furthermore I am directing the DOJ to appoint grand juries to investigate former FBI Director Comey, former Attorney General Valerie Jarrett, former Secrwtary of State Hillary Clinton, and Barak Obama, aka Barry Soetoro for abuse of office and breaches of national security.”
Mueller will find nothing just like Comey. Mueller should act like a man and run an honest investigation, and when he finds nothing, he needs to end his investigation in a timely manner without other stupid nonsense. Write up his final report for Trump, DOJ, and Congress. It’s the way it should be done.

Not firing him will be worse. I’m sure that Mueller’s marching orders are to investigate, investigate, and then investigate some more. It won’t matter if he doesn’t find anything. After all, these are serious charges (made up by the hitlery campaign the night President Trump cleaned her clock).

I thought Mueller was a brand of spaghetti - wet, wimpy, and soft.
Mueller should be forced to recuse himself or quit because of his very close ties to Comey (who has committed perjury and mishandling of government documents, among other things such as being a wimp, faint-hearted and egotistically stupid).
This the democrat party, the mainstream news media ,many members of the federal bureaucracy and many members of Trump's own executive branch doing a a coup against the dully elected president of the USA.

They know its a lie as there was never any reason to investigate Trump as Trump was never the target of any investigation.But the sole reason for doing all this is to remove Trump from office . So Trump is the target of a coup.
I thought this guy was one of President Trump’s private lawyers. In my opinion, as such he has no business saying what President Trump would do officially as President and there’s no good reason to ask him, although there may be neferious reasons.
Mueller will present his spectacular fake findings in about 16 months timed perfectly with the midterm elections.

Preet Bharara — former US attorney of the Southern District of New York, who has had his own tussle with Trump and had a ringside seat to Comey’s testimony Thursday — tweeted that Dreeben is one of the “top legal and appellate minds at DOJ in modern times.”
“It appears that Bob Mueller is recruiting the smartest and most seasoned professionals who have a long track record of independence and excellence,” added Bharara.
Makes you wonder how Rosenstein fits into this. Here you have Comey laking the memo in order to cause the appointment of a Special Counsel. The very next day, one is appointed. Now you know this must have been decided weeks prior, since they already had the person - Mueller- chosen. Now besides Comey being close friends with Mueller, we have Rosenstein who from 1990 to 1993, prosecuted public corruption cases as a trial attorney with the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal Division, then led by Assistant Attorney General Mueller. This sounds like a setup to get Mueller in place. On another note, we have Holder appointing Rosenstein to prosecute General James Cartwright, a former Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, for leaking to reporters. Will Rosenstein now go after Comey for doing the same thing ? If not, it wil be telling.
Mueller is a swamp creature, appointed by swamp creatures.
Fire his @$$ now, Trump, or otherwise you will be slowly roasted by more leaks and more Fake News.
