Obama decided to lie and call it an agreement, but it is a governmental commitment to provide material support to outside entities - thereby intended to obligate the congress to appropriate those funds. Underlying all of this is Obama's deception on this not being a treaty.
The material you posted does not appear to me to diminish that the Paris accord was actually a treaty, although Obama desperately wanted people to not see it that way.
God.
What do they think gives them the right to throw away over 200 years just to satisfy their party objectives?
Mammoth senses of self-importance, arrogance and self-entitlement.
Let them go...who the hell wants hem? Saves us the trouble.
State rights are about the laws pertaining to citizenship in the state. Federal rights are about the relationship of one state to another and the combined states to other nations. Under the Constitution a state cannot establish a treaty with a nation. To do so places that state outside the perameters of statehood.
We fought a war to preserve the union. I have no doubt we will do so again. Lincoln faced precisely the same sedition that is brewing against Trump. Trump is every bit as effective as Lincoln. He will be dragged into this war and he will win it.
The difference is the South was trying to escape from the Obama of the time.
Let them cecede for real - we’re on a collision course with the left, this is a great opportunity for each side to go their own way and avoid another bloody civil war, which seems more and more inevitable.
You are incorrect. Irreconcilable differences need not result in divorce. The genius of our nation and of its charter and Constitution is the willingness of the citizenry to maintain civility in the face of deep differences. This has been tested once in a terrible war. It is being tested again by those who will not tolerate opposing administration. The tyranny of the left is the poison of the age. The laws against sedition must be applied if we are to survive as a free people.
Brown belongs in prison.
LOL - as usual - NOT pulling any punches...
Agree wholeheartedly.
Yes he does. And so does De Blasio and that Boston mayor whose name secapsed me at the moment.
