Shhhhh, Don’t tell HER that. Let her waste her $$$ while stressing out. the more she suffers now, the less likely she’ll do it again, not to mention she might not do any time in the end!
Hopefully she won’t do any protesting for at least 10 years! Then the years of having to work to pay off the penalty. Sometimes our decisions cost us years and years. (and sometimes, some of us never learn)
