But the Obama EPA was able to get CO2 classified as a pollutant. So, before that can happen, the Trump EPA needs to remove CO2 from the pollutant classification. And just imagine the ape$h1t from the left when that happens.

Actually, the EPA fought classifying CO2 as a pollutant.

SCOTUS effectively forced them to do so based on Congress' definition of pollutant.

Congress needs to fix this - not the EPA.
