Wonder if these same folks have an issue with Hispanics pretty much taking over some black neighborhoods, remodeling some homes and opening their own businesses. Some of which serve burgers.

Spike Lee had a problem with white folks moving into his parents' neighborhood in NYC in the modern era. Then again, he had a chip on his shoulder about Asians moving in too in Do The Right Thing.
