What kind of ships are we talking about? More expensive concept lemons like the Zumwalt?

Yeah the waste of money littoral ships that routinely break down. How about some more attack subs, Arligh Burkes, a new heavy cruiser class with six or eight inch guns, and I do agree with the part about getting what we have now re-stocked and up to combat status before we start a vast rebuilding program. You go to war with what you got and what we got now needs replenished and refits in many cases. The Zumwalt class is a pig in a polk that should be kicked to the curb asap. One good hit and they are done for.
