For $31/mo you can get insurance if you have to shoot someone. Saw it on Hannity. Shouldn’t congress pass a low covering 100,000 of the folks Do the math.

Qualifying for a CCW license requires training, a weapon, ammunition, and practice. Not to mention the travel costs to obtain the practice and training. If a person has funds to obtain all of these requirements, they are not
indigent by definition. So why have a special cost category for the "indigent."
Or is "indigent" a code word for some other group?
