As it turns out it was Comey, who made Lynch’s life a living hell. He felt after she met with Bill Clinton in the famous tarmac meeting, he could not risk her judgment. In all fairness to Loretta Lynch she was between a rock and a hard place. It was Bill Clinton who engaged her on that day.
