As always, a great and incisive opinion piece.

The old left believes that the true enemies are the billionaires and that working class white men must be enlisted to fight them. The intersectional left will take money from billionaires to fight working class white men who are the real enemy. That is the Bernie and Obama split in a nutshell.

Odd how 'experts' in the liberal MSM - talking heads who know ALL THE MOTIVES OF EVERY REPUBLICAN FACTION - have somehow 'missed' the underlying reality behind democrat splits... Where are you Chris Matthews? Chuck Todd? Chris Wallace? Daniel Greenfield has something to teach you...

Living in the NYC area, I speak to liberals all the time and they are clueless that this battle is even “a thing” in their party. The depth and breadth of their political insight is “Trump is racist and scary, and Obama is the second smartest man who ever lived after Neil Degrasse Tyson”. This is where they’ve plateaued intellectually. You can’t discuss a single issue with them and expect any knowledge or insight or new ways of looking at a thing.
