Law schools have been teaching for decades that the Constitution means what a fringe Lunatic liberal lawyer thinks it means at the time. It’s the connotation of what the words say that’s important. Not what their actual, literal meaning is. Original intent versus an ever changing liberal interpretation of the Constitution.
