Think about it. The weakest and most vulnerable in our society are given a med every time they don't feel well, rather than coping. The prescription expires. They're addicted or have no self-control, so they duplicate that high with anything that's available.

I also think a country like Cuba would be better for her where the government is allowed to do whatever it wants and is not limited by an inconvenient Constitution that politicians claim to respect.
