An atheist group is suing President Donald Trump over his religious liberty executive order, which loosens restrictions on political activity by religious groups.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation filed suit Thursday in federal court against Trump and the Internal Revenue Service, claiming the order is unconstitutional because it makes government favor religion over nonreligion. Although the executive order applies to all nonprofits, FFRF believes it will be selectively enforced so as to only benefit churches and religious organizations.

“...claiming the order is unconstitutional because it makes government favor religion over nonreligion. “
No, Bozo. It is a matter of conscience ruled either by or not.

Bigoted, hate filled atheists have never been concerned about the political involvement of black churches or other faiths.

The name Freedom From Religion Foundation runs contrary to the 1st Amendment "in and of itself".
Earlier drafts of the 1st Amendment included, "...no religion shall be established by law, nor shall the equal rights of conscience be infringed." The reason for the objection of this proposal was due to the fact that several States at the time had State religions so they watered the 1st Amend. to allow them to maintain their State religion (Especially Massachusetts).
BTW, Hugo Black was a disingenuous reprobate.

Belief is an act, whether one believes in God or believes in no God. It depends on whether you are saying that you do not believe there is a God, or whether you are saying that you believe there is no God. Two different things. Saying that you believe there is no God is an affirmative statement which then requires some proof, which cannot be provided. Saying that you do not believe in God is just saying that you don't 'know' one way or another, which really just puts you in the same category as the people who do believe in God. Saying 'prove it to me' is just another way or saying 'make be believe it'. You can't prove something to someone who refuses to believe, and you have already 'proven' it to people who do believe.

Atheism is one of the most preposterous religions on earth. It takes more faith to renounce the Creator than to accept the obvious.
