Comey said FBI could not prove that Huma Abedin had any kind of criminal intent in forwarding classified Clinton emails to her husband Anthony Weiner. Weiner did not have a security clearance, and Comey said he most likely did not read them.

At a hearing today, FBI Director James Comey testified that Huma Abedin forwarded a bunch of Hillary Clinton’s emails to Anthony Weiner’s laptop. Lindsey Graham asked Comey if Weiner had a security clearance, as he jokingly said “that would be even worse, wouldn’t it?” He, also, asked Comey if it was against the law for her to send classified information to someone without a security clearance.
Graham was jokingly questioning Comey, but the questions he asked were no joke. Ted Cruz did an excellent job in questioning Comey, and in my opinion Cruz exposed the true joke is that James Comey is actually the Director of the FBI. In fact, the whole Hillary Clinton email investigation and now Huma Abedin’s investigation performed by Comey is no doubt a blatant slap in the face to the American people. It is a bizarre game of cat and mouse in which the mouse scares the cat off. It is abnormal to think that a FBI agent would risk his career in such a way it makes him look ignorant of the law, or that he is being blackmailed.

I agree completely. Huma needs to be held accountable, and Comey needs to either fulfill his duties as FBI Director or step down. I’m amazed at what he is just letting go.

Comey is really misspelled. It should be spelled C-O-N-E-Y, which means “rabbit”. This guy has all the morals and character of a rabbit. He could find Hitler innocent. People could murder toddlers 5 feet away from this pathetic clown and he would know nothing about it. Why on earth did Trump retain this dangerously stupid and politically oriented moron to head the FBI? Surely there must be a host of highly qualified people to head this important agency.
Why do they need intent? I may not intend to speed, but I still get a ticket.
Last night Tucker had Joe DiGenova on his show. He has a seething hatred of Comey and said all Comey is interested in is Comey. He assumes an arrogant and moral position that’s unwarranted.

A theme I’ve been focused on for the past several weeks, relates to the growing anger from within the ranks of current and former FBI agents over the agency’s questionable and shady investigation into the email practices of Hillary Clinton. For example, in last week’s post, Internal Anger at the FBI Over Clinton Investigation Continues to Grow, I noted:
“This is a textbook case where a grand jury should have convened but was not. That is appalling,” an FBI special agent who has worked public corruption and criminal cases said of the decision. “We talk about it in the office and don’t know how Comey can keep going.”
DiGenova told WMAL radio’s Drive at Five last week, “People are starting to talk. They’re calling their former friends outside the bureau asking for help. We were asked to day to provide legal representation to people inside the bureau and agreed to do so and to former agents who want to come forward and talk. Comey thought this was going to go away.”
He explained, “It’s not. People inside the bureau are furious. They are embarrassed. They feel like they are being led by a hack but more than that that they think he’s a crook. They think he’s fundamentally dishonest. They have no confidence in him. The bureau inside right now is a mess.”
He added, “The most important thing of all is that the agents have decided that they are going to talk.”

Comey, along with his puppet master lynch, under the command of obama and valljar, managed to destroy the reputation, integrity, and credibility of the FBI.
I have no faith in the FBI to perform their duties, and consider them more than a bunch of paid political goons.
Why comey and all of the upper brass in the FBI are still employed is completely beyond me.
I wonder why none of these genius law maker lawyers asked Mr. Comey to cite which part of the laws in question require intent in order to establish that a crime had occurred.
I also wonder why they did not ask him when did it become the FBI Director’s job to establish intent, as that is clearly the function of a prosecutor.
They are all corrupt and in on it.

Even if he were my very best friend, he’s absolutely ignorant about classified information. That alone should disqualify him for the head position in the FBI.

Intent has nothing to do with leaking Classified Information.
