Isn’t this an interesting idea? I like it! Of course there would inevitably be a lawsuit and crazy activist judge who would declare any such thing unconstitutional, but there would be many benefits.
The Taurus Judge is one hell of a handgun. .45 or .410 shotgun ammo.
They do this all the time and I am not sure why our side can't push back and ask the judges where in the constitution did they find it unconstitutional. If it's not explicitly defined, it's a states rights issue.
Very interesting.
As a DoD contractor employee, I am required to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret clearance whether or not I am actually using it. It is a “condition of employment.” In 27 years, I have had very few jobs that required even occasional access to classified information.
Sounds like requiring CCW is roughly the equivalent. Cleaver way indeed to screen potential hires.
Certainly deals with the “When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.” issue.
This is brilliant.
A Taurus Judge?
One of my favorite guns, period, but you may open yourself up to all kinds of disability claims when employees start calling in with back issues!
The gun looks like a cartoon revolver. You can load .410 shells in it and fire it like a mini-shotgun. I’ve shredded some targets with it in the recent past, and it is surprisingly easy on the recoil. You think it would be murder on recoil but it is surprisingly mellow.
It’s heavy, which means ladies will have a tough time with it. I’d give employees a choice between three different guns myself.
For home defense, the Judge is probably the best in my opinion, just because you can load the shells in there.
Absolutely love that gun.
