The prosecution ran trial after trial until they got a conviction. Sad to see there are supporters of that on this forum.

That is valid, and so do I. Clearly there were witnesses at the scene. There may also be video we haven't seen.
But just as I am against always assuming Law Enforcement is in the right, I won't always assume they are wrong either.
We have too many Diane Feinstein clones on this thread who insist women must be treated as superior with no limits whatsoever on what their behavior. My belief (Vocally opposed throughout this thread) is that if you hit somebody they are justified in insuring that you don't do it again. That doesn't go away to any degree if you are small and light - it just means that you were even more stupid than some of the other people that go around pushing or slapping folks.
I haven't lead the sheltered life some Freepers have I guess. I have seen way too many violent women. Not all of them are ugly and (in fact) some seem to believe that their attractiveness entitles them to do anything they take a mind to.
Until more data is in, I am not joining the Freeper cop lynching.
If there isn’t very good justification here, I would recommend she sue the cop and try to get him kicked off the force. That other guy was also tackled by an unmarked cop I assume. He was only concerned that she just got a head slam into the pavement.
