Where do you want to draw the line?

Exactly... and that was the point of my post. Most of it is totally arbitrary and in the eye of the beholder. I tell you one place where there is virtually zero reference to skin colour (even though different geographical areas are mentioned such as Ethiopia where people were known to have a different skin colour)..... the Bible. And why is not mentioned? Because it's meaningless.....there is no skin colour or race mentioned in this verse as to who it applies to... that word 'whoever' covers everyone. Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

In the really mixed countries / locations like Puerto Rico, Cuba, and Brazil it can’t be a very important piece of info. I bet it wasn’t in Biblical times either. They had no access to genetic tests.
