To avoid FOIA Yes, we know that. The new information here is
- It is from the designer of the official email system. It is not guesswork.
- It shows that the system was designed to allow audit and without an expiration date.
- It gives the time frame; Colin Powell and others are outside of it and their behavior, while benign in itself, is also irrelevant
- I want this for safekeeping on FR.
