The details of SMART are classified I can't provide any more detail than I have. Unfortunately if I did, I would go to jail unlike Hillary who should already be there.

I addressed the details issue, but I wanted to address the comment of Sec. Clinton being a businesswoman. That is actually the main point. She is NOT supposed to be a business woman with a business that could benefit from her role as SecState. She is allowed personal appearances and can charge a speaking fee but those fees are typically $100,000-$250,000 just as Bill Clintonhas done for years after leaving office. She collected $10M or $20M in donations for her foundation and if you read the public financial disclosures of the Clinton Foundation you will find $486M in deferred compensation oh, wait a minute, what's that you say? Yes, it was all a sham to get paid and quite well I might add. If you look at what Trumpnhad to be President he had to sign his companies over to his kids. Just like Dick Cheney had to do when he became Vice President and divested himself of Halliburton. Hillary is not a business woman she is a criminal guilty of conspiracy, destruction of evidence, obstruction of justice and much more.

Thank you David. Yeah, the details are classified, but what I posted is common knowledge. You will never hear it reported by the mainstream media. Everyone just wants to say Powell had his own server, so Clinton can too. It doesnt work that way. That is also why Powell was saying They are trying to pin this on me. And he was right. Sec. Powell and Sec. Rice were great leaders and it was my pleasure to serve under their leadership. My role in the project was done by the time Sec. Clinton took office, but from what I understand she was one of the first to have her own IT people appointed to State. When I was there the same IT team continued from Powell to Rice with very few changes. Also, one of the best cyber guys in the industry was on our team and he was amazing. So, all the stories you hear about the State Department e-mail system being hacked in 2004 was before our effort started while the new system was still in the design phase. So, people talk as if it was one system and was the same from 20042014, but that just isnt true. Glad I could shed some light on the reality of what actually happened.

SMART stands for State Messaging Archive Retrieval Toolset, so it is unique to State.

My service to the US Department of State is a matter of public record. I was there and I am pretty sure you werent on my team. The requirement to use the system was enacted by the US Department of State in 2009 when the system went live in January of 2009.
