If someone could zoom in on the billboards, we could see what language they were in. That might help pinpoint the location.
I tried reading it with a 10X jeweler’s loupe, but because the photo itself is of low quality and lacks definition, I am still unable to make any of it out. The “grecian key”-like designs on the square white building looks “old country”.
