I’m not saying anything about what I want, I’m saying even many conservatives won’t repeal preexisting coverage, and therefore we cannot get total repeal now, it is impossible.

I would favor free market and then medicaid only for those who truly cannot afford insurance or health care, meaning that if you fail to buy insurance you risk losing everything if you get really sick. Because without that risk you have to force people to buy insurance, or insurance will cost a fortune.

The problem is free market and guaranteed coverage for preexisting illness do not work together.

Then we should all just be truthful, and they should say they want ACA. As long as it's preexisting coverage, not charity care, then certain people are going to be several punished. Our healthcare system will degrade, and the middle class will have greatly degraded healthcare.

If they preexisting condition coverage is going to be maintained, then we might as well move on to something else, because nothing else is going to change with healthcare.

What free market? Plus, I thought Trump was elected to get rid of the free market, and that it was a dirty word?
