Mc Cabe, who’s husband is in the FBI, ran unsuccessfully for congress in VA. Supposedly the money went to her campaign.
I think it was supposedly spent on ad buys, which as you probably know gives a huge commission to someone.
It would be easy to prove if the ads ever ran.
