“Repeal and Replace”......
The repeal part isn’t too difficult but the replace part is rather complex, certainly more than a bunch of lawyers can navigate through. Get some people from the real world health care system working together on it, they might get someplace. Good things DO take time.

The GOP has had 7-8 years to come up with a plan. It should have been announced the day after Election Day.
But the real point of all this krapola is that there shouldn't be any plan at all - I DO NOT want the gubmint involved in my healthcare!

Repeal is difficult because they can’t pass with just a majority vote.
Replace IS NOT THE GOVERNMENT’S BUSINESS.
