Ford used a somewhat similar, distributed assembly model very early on. Being in NC, I’m surprised to be completely unfamiliar with this company or any of its vehicles, had to look it up.
The Dominator SUV/Pickup is very interesting with a polyurea coating that makes the vehicle practically impervious to salt, which should appeal to beach drivers, fishermen and the like. Very Hummer-esque but the wheels need some attention. As it stands they give it a vaguely UTV look. A bunch of engine options from gas to diesel to propane, Hank Hill would approve.
I ran across a fellow that was going to get rich importing Chinese tractors and putting his brand name on them. As I recall, flimsy front axles were the big killer for him.
I think I’ll let someone else road test these Chinese trucks.
