The Air Farce.
estrogen overload
My son was just complaining about the PC expectations of the new ones coming in. He told them to get a life. And then when he was done with them the commander had a few words also.
Sounds a lot like the transgender training the Army just made all its Soldiers take.
"What's the difference between the Army and the Cub Scouts? Cub Scouts don't have heavy artillery!"
My 1SG, a man I truly respect, didn’t give two $hits for your “feelings”.
This is the new cross-dressing feminized military.
The Kenyanesian (Kenyan from Indonesia) Usurper pushed all kinds of crazy social experiments on the military.
Every General saluted and implemented all of it.
Including Mattis.
Stewart’s Vietnam missions were unauthorized. He went and flew a handful until the brass hats heard about it and then ordered him not to do it again. He won undying praise from the rank and file for doing it. THAT is the Air Force we don’t have anymore. Maybe we can dig up Curtis LeMay and have him cloned or something.

“Oswego into the wild blue Yonkers!”
Very obscure Reggie and Veronica ref.
The subject being heroes, have to give a mention to Pappy Boyington.
Hardcore SOB right there. Couldn’t get into the fight with American neutrality, so he goes off and Joins Claire Chennaults flying tigers. Killing Japanese pilots before Pearl Harbor. Flying my favorite aircraft of all time, the F4U “Corsair”.

There was a time the Air Force had a mission - to be able to jam a thermonuclear suppository up the back end of the Evil Empire ... “and additional duties as assigned”.
Once it lost that mission, the whole thing started to fall apart.
Went through Lackland as a Dorm Chief in ‘62. None — and I mean NONE — of this shit going on then.
Trump and Mattis have their work cut out for them. If they fail, better start learning Chinese!
Great opinion piece, makes the point and includes some good humor (ridicule) doing it.
Sigh. I despise what they have done to the US Navy, but...if the Air Force isn’t ahead of them, it isn’t too far behind.
Went through Lackland in 1979. After a few days we were begging for more exercise. Our MTI* was happy to hear that but told us that due to new training rules we were getting the max PT allowable. The standards were lowered so more women would pass. It wasn’t part of the mind game. Later the solution that was instructors weren’t allowed to tell the trainees about the lowered standards anymore.
MTI = Military Training Instructor for the USAF. Drill Instructor ( DI ) in other services.
Yeah, it started going to hell some time ago.
We did PT for the FULL 2 hours every week-day morning in July and August. The PT instructor was a black guy who didn’t much like white kids, which most of our flight was.
About an hour in, we’d watch the heat flag go up. The instructor would chuckle and keep us going for the second hour.
2 guys in our squadron died of heat stroke. We only heard of those two. It was tough but my brother and I survived and were never in better shape in our lives.
And our guys were still called TIs in ‘62. We were housed in the old WWII wooden barracks which I guess were finally replaced my brick and mortar dormitories — complete with AIR CONDITIONING! We had a couple 36” floor fans and kept the windows open!
He was flying the Curtis P40 prior to WWII. He did not fly the Corsair until he was stationed at Vella Lavella with VMF-214.
Yes I know. The F4U was a shiny prototype when Pappy was flying for China.
