I appendix carry. A good holster (raven concealment for me) and regular trigger discipline and you’re all set. It’s only really a safety hazard if one or both of these isn’t so
I’ve seen photos from two separate incidents in the last couple weeks where someone’s holster folded in & caught the trigger - with bloody results.
Don’t knowingly violate one rule presuming that another will protect you. The whole point of Cooper’s Four Rules is that if one goes awry, another will protect you - which it can’t if you’ve already knowingly violated that one too.
