Don't blame Trump for following THE LAW that requires all videos be closed captioned and have descriptive audio.

Blame Congress and the FCC for enacting such rules.

I don't recall President Trump campaigning on the need to stop U.C. Berkeley from providing educational videos unless they were closed captioned.

Maybe someone at the DOJ could solve this problem with a thirty second phone call: "Hello, Berkeley? This is the Department of Justice. We won't hassle you about the videos. OK? Thanks."

There is no need to waste Trump's time with this.

No, the problem is with the liberal busybodies who infest ALL of the Federal Government and distort and corrupt every piece of legislation passed & signed.

George Washington could have signed a Bill advocating Apple Pie and Motherhood and after the current (1990 to Present) crop of Federal bureaucrats finished with the implementation, the addition of 1/2 cup arsenic to all Apple Pies would be mandated and Motherhood would be as described in "Heather has Two Mommies" (or "Bruce, Jon and Marc").
