...create 45,000 news jobs.

How many are permanent and how many are temporary construction jobs?

And how many of us local people are going to be shafted out of those construction because out of area workers are shipped in?

It's happening now in Beaumont! Out of area workers were transferred to the new project.

It'll all be justified, but it's wrong.

Zachry Force Report Jan-Feb 2017 Page 25-26
Once that's done, I'll move to the site of another new Zachry project - the ExxonMobil Polyethylene Expansion (BPEX) - in Beaumot, Texas. I've already started working with the planning team for that project, preparing for 150 structural steel craft workers.

And almost all of them have been brought in from out of the area! There have only been a handful of job listings here. http://1800jobsusa.com/#All~Job~Categories|C::Beaumont!*!TX||t-ASC|1
8 jobs and only 3 in structural steel!

f (i) "Local labor" is defined as those qualified laborers or craftsmen who are residents or domiciliaries of the nine county regions...

The labor to date brought in is not local and Zachry's own Report proves it. (ii) will give them an out, but there are a lot of people around here who need those jobs and they're being taken by people from San Antonio and other areas!

THANKS EXXONMOBIL! Have you heard from Judge Branick's office yet?

P.S. as far as "domiciliaries" go...how many Zachry hands are getting per diem? If they are getting per diem they are not "local".

The winning just continues on.

Read #15. Some of us aren't winning.
It's sad because Jefferson county went Republican in the last presidential election after decades of going Democratic.
