I suspect the original FISA warrant that was denied was to tap everything going into Trump Tower. The later one might have just been the banking stuff. I don’t trust the kenyan and his minions of course to follow the warrant.

Yes, the first one was for a lot more than the second one.
Second one was for the bank, and 0 went after everything anyway.
