And the claim is that it was legal because a judge approved it. Apparently, the first and maybe subsequent requests for a FISA were rejected and Obama judge shopped until he found one who would request the FISA. Likely a judge favorable to Obama.

The basic tactics of the Boston area "progressive" elite haven't changed all that much since the pilgrims landed in 1620. It's deeply embedded into the culture - they really do believe that they are on the right side of history and ultimately the end will justify the means.

It's a deeply embedded zealotry that's passed on in generation after generation n the local institutions of "higher learning".
