Betsy Mccaughey now on Kudlow on WABC radio just said that 5% of the users of health insurance use 50% of the health care money yet they pay the same as everyone else.

NO wonder zero care doesn't work.

Plus the biggest problem is no longer Medicare but Medicaid thanks to the obama regime putting almost anyone who asked on medicaid. Who the hell is going to pay for it all!

I have proposed raising the state share to 18% so it is about 10% after the state taxes the providers and the stuff the providers buy.

I now think the state share should go to 28%.

As for paying for the federal share:
1. soda tax
2. sugar/corn syrup/honey tax
3. cell phone device tax
4. lawsuit verdict income tax
5. lawsuit filing prospective income tax
6. telecom services tax
7. interstate sales tax
8. fat/food oil tax
