Why would you argue against federal protection of women and children from molestation, rapes, beatings and murder by perverted men in their bathroom? You know full well many liberal states, if given the chance, will allow sexual perverts free access to women and children in female bathrooms-
Certain issues (that should be common sense) that are not specifically stated i n the constitution are cases which the supreme court does and should take up- especially when it comes to national security- Just because the constitution doesn’t specifically ban someone from murdering another person, doesn’t mean the government should not have the right to create laws to prevent it for the sake and safety of the nation
Ever hear of the United States Bill of Rights? Ever hear of the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution? Some good reading in there for you...
Also understand that because some judges deemed something can be a federal crime doesn't always make it a constitutional decision. States have the right to determine things but the Feds have usurped a lot of the power given the States - look what they did with"hate crimes". o State is going to get away with allowing human trafficking and other sorts of atrocities - its own citizens would rise up - the 'protections" the Feds provide would be provided anyway in the areas that really matter because the States would handle it.
