The best solution is to bulldoze all the trash into a big pile; spray it with gasoline and light a match. Let the mess burn itself out, then plow it under, sprinkle seeds on it, and leave. Problem solved. The so-called pollution is insignificant compared to a small, garden-variety forest fire.
