The Internet, YouTube, and forums like this one allow practically anyone with an Internet connection to have the floor, so-to-speak. It is the democratization of mass communication. And it has the inherent risks you describe.
Some of us — most of us on this forum actually — believe that the marketplace of free speech is a great place to sort out truth.
Some people step up to the mic and give an excellent to stellar performance. Some people are worse than drunk karaoke.
The Podestas have something a bit more sinister than “bad art” that incriminates them. The things they celebrate are the promotion of serial killers and child abusers.
There’s just no getting around that. You seem focussed on the clutter of spurious claims and prefer to minimize the seriousness of what we KNOW to be true.
Again, set aside all the white noise. How should a rational person respond when a person publicly announces they are entertained by child abuse? That may not be a crime. It may be offensive free speech that is protected. But you also don’t pretend it is ok. You don’t say that the outlandish false accusations against that person should justify ignoring such factual things as merely quirky. No. You keep your kids far away from him and keep a close eye on him.
We don’t know for certain what crimes are being done in secret, but we do know that people like this scream the loudest when their sacred cow of aborting babies is questioned. And the right for homosexual perverts to adopt children or be foster parents to them shall not be questioned.
Have you already conceded these things to be normative conditions?
Where do you have EVIDENCE that the Podestas have a connection to anything other than rumors?
What if someone got on the net and told everyone that you were a widely suspected Child Molester? Can you prove you are not?
Do you not realize that the Internet gives fools, psychotics and other loonies access they never had before?
Where did the Podestas say they were turned on by child abuse? This supposed email in reality was typed by some perv who thinks BSing us all is fun, but real PROOF, nonexistent.
If anyone thinks any of these supposed emails and other BS is real, they are simply getting ready for the next swamp land salesman.

There is not one iota of PROOF that any of this is true. This is simply the McMartin Preschool Witchhunt all over again, and anyone who falls for it automatically loses any credibility on any issue, as they clearly demonstrate they are not capable for rational thought.
