The loan was several years ago at least, 2010 to 2012 or so.

The only sources I’ve seen with original information are The Daily Caller and Politico.

Endless posting of blogs on the topic just cloud the facts.

OK the 100k to the IT guys was done in 2010 or 2012.

And the payment to Iran was done in early 2016, 22 jan and 5 feb.
