Sounds like an unconstitutional re-assignment to me. The management at that school system could be brought up on charges for infringement of the free speech rights of the teacher.

This crap is getting WAY out of hand. A few years ago there was a teacher who made her Facebook profile pic one of her aiming a rifle.
She was suspended from her job. For a photo. Of her holding a legal firearm.
