Now that’s the second time you’ve responded to me by solely fixating on word usage instead of the substance of my post. I will officially change “grab” to “feel” if it makes you happy. It’s fine if you’re cool with this, but can’t you just accept that some people really do feel sexually violated to have their private areas touched by a stranger, yes, even over their clothes? Perhaps the author went a little overboard in her language choices, but obviously she was angered (and rightfully so in many people’s opinion). That doesn’t mean what happened to her was fine.
Did you see that article on Free Republic from a while back that reported that around one half of TSA agents have been fined for misconduct? Have you really missed all the horror stories about the TSA? They abuse their power frequently. On this very thread a vet talks about TSA agents squeezing his “gonads.” There are all sorts of personal accounts like this from both men and women online. It doesn’t matter if this sort of thing doesn’t reach your definition of fondling, if other people feel violated by it.
