I am not amused at those liars. They should pass one of the many repeal bills they pretended to support, and President Trump should then sign it. If they want a replacement, debate that once the existing law is repealed.

Sensible people would not continue in an abusive dating relationship “just until we have a new relationship, with marriage plans, and an agreement on how many children to have”. Repealing Obamacare is no different. This is a bad law. It’s harmful to job creation. It’s harmful to the people forced to buy insurance that costs too much for what they get. It’s harmful to the country to require that people be over-insured with coverage they don’t want. The law has to die, and we don’t need a replacement plan before we repeal it.

Among other things, economic freedom is a huge improvement over the current Obamacare constraints, so straight repeal is a big win. Also, removing democrat leverage is a good strategy before debating replacement.
