Notice that this is bankers and 'Big Money' talking about our income.
These are the same people who will do the 'skimming off the top' in miscellaneous fees, with the permission of the FED government .
And because it might raise the government take of taxation (in India, raised 14.5% taxation), the Federal government will probably go along with it.
It is much easier for government to reach into your account and just remove some digital integers.
This would leave the only other acceptable currencies of precious metals and barter.
