An outrageous tyrannical outcome, where a lawful conceal carrier followed all Oregon gun laws when threatened by a BLM mob, but was convicted anyway by an anti-gun, kangaroo court.

This conviction will certainly be overturned on appeal.
But he’ll never get his guns or legal fees back. Or time.

He’d been better off just killing as many of the bassturds as he possibly could....couldn’t be much worse than the outcome he’s facing.
Hopefully, he can find a way to appeal this to a more sane higher court.

“He even testified that police are held to a higher standard than civilians.”
If by that he means a cop would have fired into the crowd ‘in fear for his life’ and then reloaded and shot a random Chihuahua, then yes, they’re held to a higher stand than civilians.
But the truth is that some cops literally get away with murdering people because they have a badge and a gun and they get to do anything they want so long as they can say they were ‘in fear for their lives’.
But ordinary citizens have to retreat from a mob and if you’re a gun rights advocate then the mob has a right to kill you and HOW DARE YOU stop them!
Thank God we live in Wyoming!

If a state decides not to obey and enforce the Constitution and give due process to its citizens, vis a vis the 2nd Amendment, then it is time for the federal government to step in and intervene.

Oregon law says you DON’T have to retreat if threatened; that’s why the outcome is so outrageous.

We both know our Founders would have dragged him to the Gallows by now.
It may take drastic measures to cure judicial activism, just sayin'.

So people who do not reside in this country and are not citizens of America have Constitutional rights, but citizens of America who reside here do not have Constitutional rights, especially not the ones that are specifically enumerated.

What a travesty of justice. I hope that Trump catches wind of this and gives him a pardon.
