At the very least it is conspiracy to commit sedition.
Anyone who engages in that should be fired and charged with treason or insurrection.

Yup! And you just know they will walk out with all the data!! They have probably subverted the data accounting system that tracks data access by each user. All should be immediately fired. Any failure in the system post firing should be met with criminal indictments to all the relevant parties. Find the immunity talkers and rip that subversion network wide open.
