Oh yes!
Beautifully stated!
This could be even better than anyone realizes.
Is there any RAT who can file for candidacy?
If not, our nonprofits can oppose the RAT party plans, but theirs can not oppose ours.
aha! Now we know why Chuck Schumer was Really crying yesterday!!
I’m sitting here at two a.m. in the morning, laughing my head off. They never even saw it coming! BRILLIANT!!!
Can someone explain this line to me? I thought that coordination w/PACs was NOT legal.
President Trump is doing so much, so fast, his opposition is still trying to catch up. They are used to the old 24/7 news where only one big story a day is covered. Trump is giving them two or three, and if that is not enough, an occasional tweet to keep it interesting.
I can hardly wait to see how he handles “sanctuary cities”.
4-dimensional chess master against checkers tyros....
More importantly, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations would no longer be able to engage in political speech which could theoretically affect the results of the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election without running the risk of losing their nonprofit status.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I have a feeling that many %)# (1) (c) orgaizations will lose there charitable status, making things much more expensive for George Soros.
Yep. A few missteps with staff, etc., to start, as to be expected, but the strategy, ideology and effectiveness, speed, and quantity of action are all superb here to start his administration.
God bless and keep him safe!
Brilliant!!!!
An important thing that Sessions needs to do is cut the head off the snake and deal with the Soros problem.
There must be hundreds of crimes under his belt. And now that Trump has ordered the CIA to stop working with Soros, and that shield is gone, he can be tried, convicted, and locked up or hung for treason.
ping
“And now that Trump has ordered the CIA to stop working with Soros,...”
Can you elaborate? Did he day this specifically or how do you come to this?
The guy,Trump, is brilliant. He’s gonna kick their ass every which way. We are naive to think that one of us,Steve Bannon is not a huge player in the background. It all starts in the blogosphere, right here.
Are we tired of winning yet:
HELL NO!!
Excellent.
Since candidates and super PACs are forbidden from coordinating a large amount of activity with each other, they deploy a number of strategies to get around this ban and share information with the other party. Many of these tactics have been developed over the past three election cycles, although some of the most aggressive ones are new to 2016.How Super PACs And Campaigns Are Coordinating In 2016The new rules of super PAC coordination went into effect soon after the 2014 midterm elections. In December 2014, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush announced that he would actively explore the possibility of running for President of the United States." The hedged declaration stopped short of declaring that Bush was either an active candidate or was exploring a run, but rather suggested the possibility of one.
Some election lawyers say this allowed Bush to directly coordinate with a super PAC.
Bush used his get-out-jail-free statement to directly staff his Right to Rise super PAC and tour the country, raising over $100 million to spend on his presidential campaign. Nearly all the money Bush raised for the super PAC came in amounts above the legal $5,400-per-donor limit. Bush and Right to Rise coordinated strategy and materials for an extensive period before Bush declared his candidacy, which put up a firewall between the two parties.
(snip)
Presidential candidates who hold federal office, including Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Rand Paul (R-Ky.), can't take advantage of the gaping coordination loophole Bush and other candidates have used. The coordination laws apply to them at all times they occupy federal office. Still, they've found other techniques to get video and other information to their super PACs.
Two groups back Rubio's candidacy: Conservative Solutions PAC, a super PAC, and Conservative Solutions Project, a nonprofit group that does not disclose its donors. Conservative Solutions PAC advertisements contain footage of Rubio on the campaign trail shaking hands with workers and giving a stump speech that could only have been filmed by his campaign.
How does a super PAC get access to this footage? Candidates believe they can share information with super PACs or other outside groups if that information is relayed in a public setting.
Bwah hah hah, he keeps running circles around the Nasty Rats!
