The down side is, I now firmly believe the RATs are willing to forgo any SCJ during DJT’s time in office. Hope I’m wrong, but they are going into delay-delay-delay. It’s the only card they have left.

That would be at the risk of having Trump campaign against them in the 2018 Senate races.
Watch them fold as 2018 approaches, or way before that, because, Trump will remember.
