Every visitor to this country is already on a “registry”.
You have an entry VISA which is recorded when you enter (assuming you enter legally).
If your VISA is from a majority Muslim country, and you overstay your VISA you may be at the top of the list of people to be deported, over say, Sven from Norway who has overstayed his VISA.
In addition if you are applying for an entry VISA coming from one of the majority Muslim COUNTRIES that is plagued by terrorism, we might not want you to come here, even for a visit. That’s our prerogative as a sovereign country (as it is for every country). Go visit Uruguay or someplace instead.
