Who said it had to be charming? Only the DC bubble-heads need speeches to be “charming.”

Some people love to be had. They are so hooked on their ‘con’ that they are going through a withdrawal...like addicts without a fix.

After 8 excruciating years of the shallow Hussein razzle dazzle, completely without substance... you'd think they would welcome a change! :)
